Welcome Crys!

I am sorry to read how you are feeling. The process can seem daunting before you get started. We can help you with that. Start with session one, complete the listed homework and then move on to session 2 in about a week or longer depending on what you feel able to do. Have you talked to a doctor about how you are feeling? Your family doctor can tell you the basics about what medical options may be available to you. Your doctor may even be able to put you in line with resources in your area. Take it one step at a time. We will be here to support you every step of the way. :)

Hello,
I am new to this and feeling rather alone. The process is daunting. Any suggestions on how to proceed?
