Hi hello from the newbie

Welcome Lester,

I am glad you are feeling relatively good despite the transition. This program will be great for you to get started on. If you are able to finish one session a week - completing all the homework then you will be well on your way. Be sure to take notes on the program pages as you will not be able to review the pages once you have completed them.

Have you had a chance to get started yet? Any questions so far?

Just thought I would drop a line and say hello. I am new here and hesitant about what to expect from all of this. I have recently stopped taking prescription medication and have decided to take a new much more holistic approach to my treatment. I am in my 3rd week now and feel relatively good. I gained 30lbs on anti-depressants and I am now starting to work on that too. This is an uphill battle but I am willing to give it everything I've got. Good luck to everyone. Just because we're quiet doesn't mean we're alone.
