Hi Dancingoyster,

I am sorry to hear all you are going through. Looking for help is a great place to start. This program can teach you Cognitive Behaviour Therapy techniques that might help to balance your mood. In terms of a therapist there are many options and no right answer. There are many things to look for when looking for the right therapist but the most important is that you have a good relationship with them.

How are you doing today?

Hi There,
I am really struggling with my personal life. Am looking for advice on coping skills, Therapists etc.
Recently diagnosed, seeing a behaviour Analyst, but still feel like the walls are closing in.

Recent issues include: Fiancial Legal Issue and the associated guilt, Death/Loss issues (both old and new issues) that seem to be unresolved, and total guilt and shame over a previously considered "out" (I know better).

I have no idea where to start and even if I am making mountains out of mole hills; however, it is affecting me both mentally and physically, so I need to do SOMETHING?!?!?!?!
