Welcome!

I am glad yo found us. It sounds like you have a lot going on - but it does sound like a lot of positive stress too (Eustress). Some stress can be healthy. It's important to learn how to manage stress so that it doesn't interfer with your life or health negatively. Coming here is a great first step. How else are you managing your stress? How are you taking care of yourself during this busy time of your life?

Hello there!

I have recently been suffering from anxiety and depression.   Anxiety is more evident to me than depression.

I am giving this a try because I have a lot of life happening right now.   I am getting married in Feb 2015; so planning is in full swing.  I am a single parent, now with the support of my fiance too - which is a totally different way of thinking I have to get used to.   I love my job but have found it very difficult to be successful this year;  coming from a run of years where I have recognized and acknowledged for my efforts.    My son is in Rep sports which is a huge time commitment.

Looking forward to supporting and being supported through this process.

D.
