I decided to post this under this title to see if more people would view it as my older posts are under Session 1. I would highly recommend watching on youtube, "The Happiness Advantage" by Shawn Achor. It is very interesting and gives you hope that it is possible to retrain the brain by focusing on the positive. It recommends that on a daily basis you; 1. write down 3 things that you are grateful for 2. journal a positive experience 3. exercise 4. meditation 4. random act of kindness.
