Hi there and welcome to the group.  From one who has been fighting the battle for a lifetime, it is so worth the effort! Work the program and if you can, try to seek out a therapist who you like and, combined, you will find that the fog will lift and your thoughts will be more positive enabling you to live a happier and more fulfilled life.  There are many bumps in the road, but together, we can get over them together.  You are a strong, brave individual!

Have found this site tonight and I am hoping it will help. I have suffered from depression now for about 8 years. I really feel like I am losing the battle after spending all of these years feeling like this, but hey I am here still trying to find ways to fight it.
