MadRD, It sounds as if you are chastising yourself a lot of the time. What about just listening for a change to yourself with compassion and without judgement.

Welcome madRD,

Procrastination can be due to anxiety, depression, burn out and a number of other different conditions. How long have you been feeling this way? Have you talked to a counsellor or doctor about how you have been feeling? What have you looked into so far? And Lastly, what made you think what you are experiencing is depression?

I'm new here. Self confessed geek.
I have a lovely family with 3 teen kids.  Work from home - mostly.
Stress about progress with work - and a lack of motivation - forced me to grab this helping branch.
I struggle making decisions and worry so much about the right choice that I procrastinate to disastrous levels.
I also hope to learn how to manage people better (both work and family).
