I see the Last post was in October. I hope you are still on the programme. Christmas time is a difficult time. I find it the most trying of the year. Too much time to think. How have you been this Christma? Rina

Welcome Merchu!

I'm glad you found us. Like ~m said we can certainly help you with the CBT. For concerns regarding medicine it is best to get advice from your pharmacist or doctor.

What Session of the program are you on now? Any questions so far?

Hello Merchu, welcome to the DC.  We definitely can help you with the CBT techniques.  That's what this whole site is based on.  The lessons can seem a bit overwhelming at first.  Just take your time and break things into small steps.  Ask about anything you don't understand.  Know we are here to listen and support you.

I don't know anything about the meds you are on, including the chewable tablets. Can you ask your doctor about the interactions?  I use Rescue Remedy for my anxious dog and sometimes for myself.  I find it helpful too.

Do you know what is causing your new levels of depression and anxiety?  No sleep is a huge problem... have you talked to your doc about getting some help for sleep?

I'm impressed that you are willing to work with this program even though English is your second language.  Shows a lot of courage to come here, even more while needing to translate everything.  No need to apologize... your written English is very good!
