Hi. Only recently I have heard about the concept of mindfulness and I found it interesting as it seems that helps with anxiety and depression, according to modern psychology. General speaking, mindfulness is a process of meditation which objective is to bring one's attention to the present moment.

Mindfulness techniques can also be combined with cognitive therapy which is called Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).

I did a research and I found in my area regular classes teaching and practicing mindfulness. I will attend some classes and then I will write a post with my experience.
