Getting started

Welcome Serenity7,

You have certainly come to the right place. This program will help you manage your depression. The program is based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy principles which is one of the most effective treatments of Depression. The program does take some reading and regular homework but your efforts will pay off.

Very glad to hear you are feeling hopeful! I look forward to reading more from you and sharing this journey with you.

Hi everyone.  I'm just getting started on this program and it seems to be great so far.  I have had depression since I was a teen and only started getting treatment when I was about 25.  For the last year or so, I haven't had the money to get treated medically and have been getting worse.  I knew there were programs on the internet but the ones I found a year ago were not as good as this one seems to be.  I'm actually hopeful about the future which is a nice change
