Myth or Fact

12 years ago 0 619 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
Hello Samantha,

I just want to say that I have experienced myself the effects of biological, psychological and social factors in my depression. I can also relate a cause-effect on these factors.

Myth: It’s my fault I’m depressed, I’ve done it to myself.

Fact: The exact causes of depression are unknown, although biological, psychological, and social factors all likely play important roles in the illness.
