I like eating small portions of healthy foods such as oatmeal, fruit (BANANAS!), granola bars, and stuff like that. The hard part about eating healthy is knowing how much is enough for one serving. Like if I make spaghetti, I have to prevent myself to only eating one bowl, and not three. Even though I love spaghetti. Also going for a walk/run, or exercising another way is a great way to feel healthier because endorphins are releassed from your body.
