Walking

I really enjoy walking. It has helped me in so many ways, it is very relaxing and it has also allowed me to get closer to family members. We take walks together and it is a great time to reconnect and catch up on whats been going on. I highly recommend taking walks every couple of days if not every day.

Members,

Did you know that walking has many positive effects on the mind and body?

It can be therapeutic
It can increase metabolism
It can clear your mind
It can relax you

Choose your own strategy!  What do you want walking to do for you?

Is it a coping mechanism?
Is it an avoidance technique?
Is it part of your exercise routine?

What does walking do for you?
