Just a quick update...bought the book I mentioned on my lunch break yesterday and got to settle in and read a little last night...from what little I've read (30 pages or so) it's already been an eye opener.  I highly recommend this to any man going through depression...or anyone who wants to understand what it's like for most men dealing with the issue....Can't wait to get back to it.

Just picked up a used book called "I Don't Want to Talk About it: Overcoming the Secret Legacy of Male Depression."

It sounded like a good read, and I looked it up online and it's received great reviews....just curious if anyone else has read it and can let me know their thoughts on it...I will be starting on it tonight.
