Having a good support network Part I

13 years ago 0 217 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
Hello everyone,

I've been working on the program for about a year now, trying to take what I learn and use it in my life to be able to enjoy life better and be present with my family and children. I am happy and proud of how far I've come! Would love to hear about others experiences!

Members-

Having a good support network can really help you stay on track to reaching your goals. Whether you are finding support within your family, friends or colleagues, it’s important to have people who will encourage you with your new lifestyle habits. If you’re finding that your family, friends and colleagues are not being particularly supportive, there are many other avenues you can try to gain support. Our support group is an anonymous group of people just like yourself that will not judge you. If you need more support or if you need to vent, you can always find some support in our anonymous Support Group.

Members, reach out to each other for support and encouragement. Take some time to introduce yourself and tell us a little bit about your story.
Tiana, Health Educator
