Welcome to the site, I am glad that your friend directed you here! I have been a member for a few good months now; sometimes I'm more active than others. Work can get pretty busy at times. Either way, I'm always reading through posts and using the online program. This site has helped me tremendously to get my life back to a happy place. My wife and kids have been much happier with me since I joined the site and started making changes and understanding what I am going through. Feel free to reach out when you need to!

Glad to see you here, Razzy. This is a helpful place to come and the program is very helpful if you follow it; which is sometimes difficult as that's a problem with depression: when we're depressed we don't feel like doing anything.

But you will certainly get support here, and that's what it's all about!!

Just briefly introducing myself. I'm Raz. I was pointed to this site by a friend that found it. I've been clinically depressed I am under care of a physician and on medication, and I'm looking for a professional therapist. I'm doing the program here in the interim, and beyond, as a way to help, as my depression has been severe as of late (about the last 3 years, actually). So, I'll be around.
