Hi Goofy,

It is great to hear that you have dug up all the parts to your Wii and have everything connected and ready to go! Doing exercise in the morning should definitely help you sleep better at night among all the other wonderful benefits of exercise. Check in and let us know how it goes!

Hey Goofy!

First, Lol at Larry the cable guy!

Second, well good on you for braving the boxes and such and getting your Wii all set up! That is a great first step!

Ok as for me. I did my Wii today. I ended up doing 30 minutes. I did some basic Step and some advanced step. I prefer the basic step as it is easier to follow. But I got a better sweat from the advanced of course. I also did some step boxing. I enjoy that one. It's tough but fun! Plus it gets my arms moving. I started out psyched and finished really tired and sweaty. I might have overdone it. But all in all I am really glad I did it!

Anyway, see you tomorrow and we can share stories!

Well, I did find all the parts to my Wii, which the cable guy (not Larry) was able to connect for me the other day.  I found my remote and my little step thingy and I got it all assembled ready to start.  That was a workout, moving everything around and searching for things that just got "stuck in any old box".  So in the a.m.  Which is a day late....I'll report about actually turning it on.  By the way, still not sleeping so this will post on the same day as I am going to exercise.  Hope exercise in a.m. will help me sleep.  Exercise now will get adrenal flowing and I'll be up all night. Okay, got off track.

Wii report - assembled and ready to go for Tuesday a.m.
