Fear

Lance:

From my own personal experience, the fear is a large component of the depression. And it's a general, pervasive feeling of fear, of foreboding. Can't pin it down and say it's fear of any particular thing, it's just fear. Is this what you're feeling?

Hi Lance,

You mention that you are experiencing fear, can you explain further? Tell me more about what you are experiencing.
There are sessions in the program dealing with worry, and anxiety. Have those given you any information on fear?
