Still bad

Lance,
dave 85 and still new. Never change your medications for a good reason. And for that matter for no good reason!
Don't fix what ain't broken and be more carefull when you evaluate your needs. Your shrinks suggestions are just that.
Work the program as it is suggested and go back to the meds that are least uncomfortable. Can't say much more.
Everybody is different.   Hang in there! Good luck buddy!

Lance,

It is ok to let your feelings out!  If you have a bad day, that's ok too!  Don't be so hard on yourself, 30 days is amazing and worth a treat or reward.  If your still having medication problems, do talk to the doctor or pharmacist.  Knowledge is power and its good to be informed!

What I meant by stupid was changing meds. I was doing good. So Why change. The crying is just a sudden bout of crying for no reason, like when your depressed. Nothings any different, its just how I perceive things based on my state of mind.

I read back on my posts from when I was on meds and not. Its like night and day, on meds I make sense, dont ramble etc. Past couple days I sound like a lunatic.

Lance sorry you are having such a tough week.  I understand guilt is how we feel when we think we should have done something we didn't do.  You say you did nothing because you have no one.  I hope you know that you are someone and you do have you!

I think there is hope for you to feel right again soon.  I think you need to know it's okay to cry and when you cry - write down what you are crying about - take it to your therapist - discuss the issues you wrote down.  It may be an event, an emotion or an event with an emotion tied to it.  Either way, cry when you need to  - it's okay.

I don't know what you are referring to tas stupid.  But it seems you are having a hard time - and hard times aren't stupid.  Hang in there lance.  OH, and I'm excited about your 30 days!!!!!

This turned in to a very bad week with this med thing I tried. Just woke up again, not leaving. I feel so guilty for not doing anything, but at the same time I have no one so Why?

I hope I feel right again soon, Havnt cried or felt like this for a long time. To make matters worse my wife called last night and that wasnt pleasant. I just cant get with it, just blah. Not even excited about 30 days.

That was STUPID!!!
