Hi Danifantastic,

I just read your post and wanted to say that I understand that low feeling and not being able to shake it. I was there not too long ago myself.

My best advice to you is to talk about it.  What is bringing you down and how you feel about it.

I know you said you don't have anyone to talk to but you can always post here and there are people who will respond.  It's a safe place to let out your feelings.  Counseling can also be helpful - I resisted for a long time but now that I'm going I find it helpful to talk to someone.

I don't know what is causing your lows right now so I can't be specific, but my thoughts are with you.  Please know that you are not alone and that there are plenty of people here who understand.

Take care Danifantastic and let us know how you are doing.

danifantastic,

Sorry to hear you have been experiencing a difficult time.

When you talk about your low mood, what thoughts are you having? What do you think is contributing to this low mood, and what has changed from when you were feeling better? By reflecting on these changes you will begin to better understand your own emotions and how they have affected you.

In the mean time, read through older posts and the sessions that you have completed. Soon other members will also be along to offer their own support and encouragement.

Stay close to the boards and post as often as you need to. We are here for you when you need us!
