Hey, the charity supper was long and boring and energy intensive but I go through it. I came home feeling tired and lame but I survived and made a good appearance!

Today, was a productive day. I got my whole to-do list accomplished. I got all my errands done and on foot too!

Since the beginning of 2009 I have:

- Gone to couples therapy with my husband. At the moment, me and him are doing much better.
- Contacted a few old friends.
- Bought new furniture and assembled it.
- Started organizing and purging my house. I have two rooms organized.
- Taken time to rest.
- Seen my family more.
- Made several important self-realizations about who I am and what I want and like.
- Decided to write a book, a dream of mine.
- Made sure to have my therapist and doctor follow my progress.
- Started on new meds even though I don't like meds and this one seems to help!
- Started working on accepting myself the way I am.

Today:

- I made a nice supper, it is in the slow cooker as we speak.
- I did some laundry.
- I ate a good healthy breakfast.
- I took care of some phone calls for my hubby.

Hi members,

It has become a trend to write down what you have achieved towards your goal.  If you are off work and planning on returning or if you are just trying to improve your mental health it is a good idea to keep track of the goals you have accomplished.

The list can include anything; irrational thoughts you have realized, articles you have read, meditation, self awareness, time with family, rest, anything that made you feel happy or pushed you towards your goal.  Focus on what you have accomplished not what you haven't.  Each day try to do one thing that will make you feel accomplished. If that is lying down and looking at the clouds then so be it! Not all goals can be measured!

So if this is your first time writing on this list, write all the goals you have accomplished this year and then each day write another!

Lets see how long we can make this list!  I am sure lots of inspiration and ideas can be gained.
