Great question wildcat!

The Depression Centre offers a number of worksheets that you can print off and work through to help you understand your moods and track your behaviour. These worksheets are available under 'Tools' and can be accessed once each corresponding session has been completed. Have you used any of these in the past? Many members report them to be useful as they begin to understand their depression and how they can cope more successfully.

Members, how have you found the worksheets helpful? Are they any in particular that you would like to suggest to other members here?

I was looking at the stop smoking site and I love the *.pdf workbook format of the progrm.

Does this deprssion center have the same thing?
THere is something special about writing and the scratch of a pencil... the look of notes in a margin... the notes we continually add to and explain things to ourself ... it is not the same on a typewriter/computer.

That is why i really want an agenda to follow my bipolarity...

A great way to validate and check your progress is to check to see how you are doing. Update your glove compartment, check your graphs, and see your progress in lights!

Have you hit a milestone or goal that you wanted to achieve? Don’t forget to reward yourself for your progress in pushing forward and taking it one step at a time.
