It can hard in the winter months to continue to be physically active. What about walking indoors? Perhaps walking around a local mall, art gallery, or museum would help you continue to be physically fit while there is still snow on the ground?
Walking right now is difficult as all the sidewalks are covered in snow, packed snow, and ice. Here, people expect the city to clean the walks off which never really works well.
I dont really have a schedule or anything for getting out and walking. In the summer I can be out much longer. I did manage to get out today, but it meant a drive to get to the places, which it nearly always is, and then get out and walk to the door! lol
My toes hurt too much to walk a lot right now, so I let my "fingers do the walking for me" borrowing a phrase from "ma bell"! yes I do use the tele.
You are on the right track by engaging in some kind of physical activity that is enjoyable for you. It will do you good both physically and emotionally.
How often are you walking per week? A regular walking routine would be ideal and keep you motivated.
Today is sunny, but still very cold. My toes dont like the cold, I get chill blains, and so they swell up!
Anyways, I am going out of town today to walk the streets and see what biz I can get. As easy as it is to stay at home, I will try to enjoy some sun. Was supposed to go to the Y but changed my mind, walking will be more enjoyable.
