Hiya guys,

Wow reading this thread is stressfull!

Wow goofy! sounds like you went through a lot. Please keep us posted for your test result!

Rosie,
I have had a colonoscopy done before and it really wasn<t so bad. I was so scared and stressed before but it went so well, I actually slept through a lot of it lol. The worse part was drinking the stuff they give you to help clear your intestines. I would be lying if I said the one I had tasted nice lol But it really was quite easy and I scared myself senseless that time for no reason! Just thouhg I would share my experience woith you1

Hello y'all.  The test went well, I'll get the results some time next week.   Of course, I had this test made out to be some kind of major surgery but it didn't live up to my anxiety level, so I came home and went to bed after  - totally exhausted.  I think from just thinking and worrying.  Thanks for asking and I'll let y'all know what I find out next week.

hi all,

gardening - weaving jasmine vines through lattice - love watching how fast they grow and wind around each other, scrabble and ta da klonopin! also, for you cat/dog lovers, - always makes me smile and calm down.

Goofy,   You've listed a lot of great activities.  It's great that you've been able to find things that help ease stress and let your mind rest. If your computer game works for you, then continue playing.  Your interests will change along the way.   Members,   What do you do to keep stress down to a minimum?     Sylvie, Bilingual Health Educator

It sounds like you are feeling a bit better.  Glad to hear that tax thing was worked out - those types of things spin me up too!  Didn't even think about a mistake being made but I'm glad it worked out that way.

Sounds like things at work are fixable also - I'm glad because it is probably better for you to be there.
Hopefully you'll be able to feel better soon too.  Pancreatitis is not fun and I hope they get things figured out soon and help you out.
Don't apologize for getting upset about things. It happens, can't count the number of times I've cyberspased!
