Wildcat,   Thanks for your feedback.
Maybe it's time you get published. You've got a great idea to put all of these trackers into one spot. I'm unfamiliar with any book that has all of these tools together. Maybe just a blank page journal where you could track everything in one place would be beneficial?

Keep looking and keep us informed if you find anything.

hi Sylvie,

I really like the format of the thought journal thing and always have a few printed.  otherwise the online stuff is really hard to use ... so. And it is rather -well - don't take this wrong -  but it is rather eh ... ugly.

I -had- a few BEAM mood graphs printed with the really nice YELLOW for stable times!!!  but my printer ran out of black and will not be convinced to use blue as a substitute (something about needing the carteridge in place to work).   I have  the astra table for the migrain tracking.  I have a few other things to "remember" with various stickers and colour codes.

The computer is nice but is not my MAIN TOOL.  I am 36 and BOOKS are my fetish.  I love the smell and feel of a book.  I like the colour of ink and the feel of gel inks and china inks and the regular cheep stuff and even graphite!!!  I want to include the pictures the cross my imaination and the pain that stabs my heart.  and the tools here have SEVERE limits!!!

I saw the Bipolar Workbook on amazon but what I really was looking for was a kind of agenda format.  One that did not scream crazy to everyone on the bus when I wanted to write a note.  and that I would be happy to use and proud to show my doctor.  And I do not know if I want to publish one myself.

I wish I knew of something that "had it all together too", including the worksheets in this program.  I track all that stuff too.  If I find something, I'll shout it from the roof tops!

Wildcat,

Have you been using the online tools available in the program?

hi gang,

I was wondering if anyone has seen a particular something I have been looking for ...
as bipolar I need to track several things in different ways...
   moods.
  triggers.
medications.
appointments.
menstrural cycles
life- sleep (bedtimes, waketimes, quality)
   -food (and cravings)
   -exercise
   -weight

So I need a kind of book:
with a year's worth of mood graphs.
with a monthly calendar for appts and that monthly thing.
with a journal to explain any fluxtuation.
with a goals section
with a symptoms sections
with copies of the dsm 3 or 4 to report a change to a doctor.

Have you seen or heard of a pubisher who has put out something like this????
all I have is 3 or 4 binders and 2 duo-tangs with internet sheets all over that the dr makes a mess of !
