Thank you everyone for answering back. I just got back from a 2 mile walk w/my husband and i do feel better! I am great w/starting things and rotten w/the follow-thru. I begged him to get my out every night even if he had to toss me my shoes and pull me out the door. The fresh air and sweating a little bit goes a long way to clearing your mind. Now I will take my klonopin, sip my peppermint tea and watch "House". He makes my laugh, so it's been a good day so far. I hope everyone has a good night and thanks again for the welcome!

Hi again Rose,

The program has helped me, but it is not fast.  This is mainly because I am learning to "rethink", meaning that I have to adjust my thought processes, challenging the negative and allowing positives where I wouldn't normally.

I have been trying to accept the fact that it takes time, this is hard for me however.  All I can say is stay with it even if you're not sure you're making progress.

Keep us posted.

Hi rose! Welcome! I love roses too. I have maybe 20 roses at my house in the hills. I like very much the colors and smell and also the dogs wouldn't touch them :D

thanks for replying and the help.....i've never joined a chat group or forum before so this is way new to me. Love the picture of your cat....probably thinking deep thoughts. Has this program helped you? I am trying to follow the sessions and do the homework but always doubt that anything will make a difference. Medication sure helps!
