Spicerack, Our program builds on the lessons & homework from previous sessions. To look at Session 2, you'll need to first read and complete Session 1. Danielle, Bilingual Health Educator

Hi Brooke, It would be beneficial for you to complete the Mood Tracker and to keep working threw the program. If you've complete the first session, then you may continue on with session 2. Sylvie, Bilingual Health Educator

hi brooke, The once a week is to keep up a certain momentum... and to rmember to work the exercises often. I do not learn that quickly so I took 3 months to get to lesson 5. I need to do lots of thinking about my habits and who to change!
