Hi Vanessa, I fully understand you. It's a crazy thing what you are going through when being without any help. I can really suggest to work through these CBT sessions. I am in session right now and it's unbelievable, but it works. Especially session 5 has amazing effect on me. Try it and give the hope never up in the meantime! Perth

I have been dealing with depression for a very long time, longer than i think anyone should have to deal with this without help. I have tried to get help in the past but it never seems to work. I either feel numb or empty. all i wish is to be happy like normal people are. i want to be able to get these horrible thoughts out of my head. I want to be able to sleep at night and maybe even go a week without crying. I hope this works for me Any input or suggestions to make it work better let me know
