Dumpling, Thank you for the suggestion. We always welcome suggestions and ideas :) I have forwarded it to the technical department for review. Thanks, Josie, Support Specialist

I have a suggestion for the mood tracker. Could you make it into an electronically fillable form? It would make it easier for those of us who are trying to go paperless.

NullPointer, Maybe you ate too much? Happy to hear you had a better day. Also great to hear you got some pleasurable activities in this week! Keep persevering! Danielle ____________________ The DC Support Team

Well I did my best with it. I was about maxed out on depression and fear, but I didn't cry very much today so that was nice. I felt better twice: once when I was doing a task I enjoy at work and again when I was playing cards with the kids. I think my wife is trying to kill me though after eating I feel very short on breath and my chest hurts a lot to. I might ask doc about it if I am still alive by next appointment.

Perth, You got it! Thanks for filling this question. With regards to the moods, try to limit it to the ones that are most problematic for you and tackle those first. Remember, you can always go back and do this exercise over for other moods later on. Trick in selecting the number of moods is to keep from feeling overwhelmed. Any other questions? Hi Torstan and NullPointer, You are really funny for me :-) Question 1: yes, you are supposed to continue the activity record till you get a feeling of the interactions between your moods and your environment and your thoughts. You could stop, but it's beneficial to continue as this type of recording will develop into an even more detailed 'brainstorming' about the three things (thoughts, feelings, actions). I assume, somebody from the Support Group will correct me if I am wrong Question 2: you got it - the two mood 'coloumns' are for two different types of feelings, like depression and anger or depression and anxiety, or anxiety and anger. If you have more than 2, well, I would just draw a line for a third coloumn, but also here: the support Group could tell you more, if you should or not. Torstan, Have you seen my input regarding your medication issues? I found a lot of informations to that. best, perth

Actually, you are way ahead of me. I printed these things out & I understand how to record the activity. I even grasp the concept of the 0-100 rating for two moods. Mood 1 is depression (no brainer) but what about mood 2? Unfortunately I have more than 2 problematic moods during the day and sometimes even at the same time. I feel stuck and I am not sure that I can do anything until I get this mood 2 issue resolved.

HI there, I am nearing the end of the week one activity schedule and I have a question about it. Are you suppoised to continue to complete this schedule as you go on to the second session, or are you supposed to stop? Thanks for the information Torstan
