Stupid question

Grimo, The only stupid questions are the ones you don't ask, so don't hesitate! That is what we are here for and we are more than happy to help. With regards to the activity sheet, there is a completed example right next to the blank one in your session diary. Just click on the sample icon. With regards to anxiety vs. fear, generally, when we are afraid, we are afraid of something. Anxiety is more closely tied to feelings of restlessness, nervousness, feeling edgy or tense. Hope this helps. Danielle ____________________ The DC Support Team

Hi Grim Don't feel stupid -- I didn't really understand it either so just put down the 2 ends of my mood spectrum and put more specifics in the activity part. It doesn't really fit exactly, but I think that I'm getting the spirit of the exercise. Better thing would have been to ask, but asking for help is a skill I'm still trying to develop. So thank you for asking. :) Confused

Ok, totally stupid question. I'm wondering how to fill out the mood activity sheet thing and for mood two I was going with anxiety but now I'm not sure if I'm anxious or afraid. And now I'm wondering, what exactly is the diff between the two. Grim (feeling stupid)
