Kim, Welcome to our support community! The members here know what you are going through and can be of assistance to you. The program is amazing and can help guide you through and challenge those thoughts. Take the time to go through each step slowly and let us know if we can help. We are alway here and thanks for sharing your story with us :) Josie ___________________________________ The Depression Center Support Team.

Kim, My name is Sharon and I am married, have 2 kids. My husband and kids have been very supportive, but they can't fully understand what I am going through. I urge you to talk to your future husband and family about what you are feeling. It might be good if your husband went to your doctor with you and the doctor might be able to answer any questions that you future husband might have. Keep you chin up, Sharon

Hi there Kim :-) I am 37 myself, and single with no children. Just joined the site a short while ago and I've personally found that the aids have been extremely helpful, as well as the support group post and replies from both users and specialists alike. Anytime you feel like talking, please feel free. I'm thinking of you.

Hello everyone! I just started my sessions and decided I would like to post. I am 37 year mother of 2 teens. I am engaged to be married to a decent guy, unfortunately he doesn't really understand my depression or chooses to ignore it. It hurts because I want to tell him alot of the reason of why I'm depressed. I have suffered from depression for many years and feel like I'm still searching...I've been on several different meds (currently on Effexor XR) and feel like I run into a wall with each one. I usually go through these bad times once or twice a year and here it comes again! I've been crying for 2 days (of course not around anyone) and feel horrible. I should feel better about myself since I had gastric bypass surgery in March and have lost 90 lbs. but other than looking skinnier, I feel the same inside. Anyway, I am glad there are people here that can understand what I am going through and hopefully get through this again. I look forward to talking to others here. Have a good day. Kim
