Sad Girl, Some members find it helpful to take a short break and come back when they are feeling better. Keep focusing on yourself and getting better. We recomment seeking aid from the health professionals in your community if feeling overwhelmed. Keep us posted, we are here for you! I have done session 1 and 2 now I have fallen apart and am back in extreme depression like before I started this. I don't know that I can continue because of my extreme imobilization. If I was not able to do the work I would be extremely hard on myself. Should I start over so I stop until I feel better, who knows when that will be? I am honesty at the bottom. I can hardly get myself to do anything.
