Hi jen, Welcome to the site. Thanks for sharing your introduction here with us. You have found a great place to share your feelings of depression with members who truly understand. Many here have had great success with the online program. Be sure to work through the sessions at your own pace. We can be reached via the feedback link if you have any questions or concerns. Hi, I'm a 28 year old stay at home mom to two boys (3 yrs, and 15 months). I've been on medication and in therapy. Once I got the right meds, the therapist said that it must just be a chemical thing with me, and said I didn't need therapy anymore. I've been doing great since, until we recently lost insurance coverage and I quit my meds cold turkey. It was not a pretty sight. But we (dh and I) realized that meds are not optional for me and so we paid for them out of pocket. I'm feeling better already -just knowing that there's an end in sight. But I thought it wouldn't hurt to do this program as well - to cover all my bases, and ensure the stability of my mental health. I look forward to getting to know everyone. Take care, jen
