If you look to the left of the screen under "PROGRAM TOOLS" you'll find our Depression Test. The purpose of these tests is to prepare you with information that you can present to your physician. When you're finished the test, you can either print your Final Report or email it directly to your doctor. We also have a great online program designed to help you gain insight into your depression. I just joined today and started my sessions. Not really sure what to think about all of this but it's certainly worth the old college try. I have been dealing with depression mostly all of my life but since I had children it has become more severe. I am currently in a downward spiral and have a great deal of stress in my life. I am a stay at home mom so my outlets are very few. I have lost many friends and lack necessary support from family. I have had to limit my family interactions to basically only a few people that I feel our safe. mainly my husband. So that's me in a nutshell. Glad I found this website and I hope to offer validation, empathy and encouragement to others. There is much strength in numbers. Hpsngbrd
