Hello to you Daisies. Looks like we are both newbies on here. I just wanted to say that you are not alone. I am going through major depression right now and have for quite some time. It's not easy to just anyone about it so I'm thankful for forums like this where we can be open and honest about where we are right now. Glad you found this forum. Hpsngbrd

Hi daisies, Welcome to the site. Thanks for sharing your introduction here with us. Please feel free to roam the site at your own pace. If you look to the left of the screen under "PROGRAM TOOLS" you'll find our Depression Test. The purpose of these tests is to prepare you with information that you can present to your physician. When you're finished the test, you can either print your Final Report or email it directly to your doctor. We also have a great online program designed to help you gain insight into your depression. If you ever have any questions or concerns please click the "CONTACT US" link at the bottom of the page. We're open to any questions or concerns you may have. Looking forward to hearing from you soon! Casey ___________________________________ The Depression Center Support Team

Hi, I'm looking for help and I don't really know where to begin. I'm 42, and I have a family history of depression and over the past three or four months I've become increasing sad and really, really worn out. I feel like I need help, but I do not know where to turn. I left a message on the answering machine at a psychologist's office, but I don't know if I will muster the nerve to call back!! And the only time I ever see my doctor is at my yearly physical, so I'm not confortable going to talk to her about this. And also part of me thinks that I will just snap out of this soon. I picked the psychologist out of the phone book because I do not want anyone to know that I am feeling this way! I'm hoping that this program will help. If you have any advice, I would be grateful to hear it. Thank you.
