Sunny, I'm sorry that you are experiencing a setback. You have certainly come to the right site! It is very hard for those who don't have depression to understand what we go through. My husband has worked very hard and done a lot of studying on his own to try to understand what I deal with. I know you just joined, but please feel free to give more details of what you are going through, it helps us support you better, especially if one of us has experienced the same thing. I know you didn't say you had, but I would encourage you not to give up on the medication, meditation and exercise. It may not feel like it is helping a lot at this time, but what you are experiencing could be a lot worse if you don't continue with your wellness routines. It also helps us to feel like we've accomplished something which is essential for our recovery. I understand your lack of energy, and I'm sure the mood tracker isn't the only thing that seems tedious to you right now. But keep up the good fight, and know we are here to support you. Kelly

sunny, You've come to the right place! Please feel free to roam the site at your own pace. If you look to the left of the screen under "PROGRAM TOOLS" you'll find our Depression Test. The purpose of these tests is to prepare you with information that you can present to your physician. When you're finished the test, you can either print your Final Report or email it directly to your doctor. If you ever have any questions or concerns please click the "CONTACT US" link at the bottom of the page. We're open to any questions or concerns you may have. Looking forward to hearing from you soon! Melanie ________________________________ The Depression Center Support Team

Hi all, I just joined the program last night. I've had problems with chronic depression all my life. After doing well for a while through a combination of medication, meditation and exercise, I feel myself spiraling downwards again. I've been experiencing a lot of rejections and disappointments lately, and feel betrayed by a friend. I feel very isolated--my fiance doesn't suffer from depression and doesn't understand my problem. I decided to try this program, but the mood tracker seems pretty tedious--I can't get up my energy to do it. Does it really help?
