Thanks, Casey. I asked my therapist to look into this site, but she only has net acess from home so checking my personal progress here would be a violation of the confidentiality rules. She said she'd browse it as a generic onlooker. I found this site thru crazymeds.org (fantastic site) and my therapist did say she wanted me to start journaling and think about doing group, and I hate people in general, but i don't mind doing it online.

Hi jekkajam, Welcome to the site. Thanks for sharing your introduction here with us. You have found a great place to share your feelings of depression with members who truly understand what it is like to experience these feelings. Feel free to roam the site at your own pace. In addition to our Depression test, we have a great online program designed to help with your feelings of depression. We look forward to hearing from you again soon. I'm sick again and my BF caught me downing sinus meds and called 911. Sent me to hospital for three days, where I promised to be a good girl and get me the hell out of there before xmas. Started me on Lexapro and Seroquel, then switched to Lexapro and Deseryl (the Seroquel made me pass out for 18+ hours but really helped with the anxiety) Deseryl did squat, as did the Lexipro. Switched me to Paxil CR which makes me puke every single day, get the "hot-n-colds" - clammy, back of my head sweats bad and my feet are freezing. This totally blows. This is the second time I've tried meds; the first time was about 12 years ago and went on Zoloft, which was really hard to adjust to and made me manic (go for days w/o eating or sleeping, started at 115 lbs. and quit at 92 lbs. with my clothes literally falling off of me - I'm only 5'4" so even five pounds shows on my frame). I wouldn't mind so much except that the Paxil makes me puke (hell, I'll lose weight - I'm up to 140+...) if it wasn't for the fact that I HATE puking every day. WTF. Does everyone else taking Paxil have puking probs?
