Welcome from one newbie to another.
I believe that what you think has a profound effect on your life. it's true that positive thinking has an effect on your brain chemistry... which of course, the chemicals in your brain effect your moods - as we all know.
And one way to keep your thinking upbeat is to hang with people who are upbeat. That helps me the most. I have started to limit my connection with toxic people and have been able to let go and truly enjoy the company of other women my age who are laid back, fun and like to laugh. It truly makes a world of a difference.
