Hi goldie, Thanks for sending us this concern. When you log into the site you will be taken directly to your session diary. You will see several icons. Please choose the one which says "Your Progress Session Results". Clicking on this will allow you to view completed session results in "Your Progress (Weekly Reviews)". While completing your homework, you can keep records of your experiences by using an Activity Schedule and by monitoring your mood in your Mood Tracker. This is where you will be able to access mood 1 and mood 2. For each hour of the day record what you’re doing (where you are, who you’re with, what you’re doing) and how you’re feeling. To keep track of how you’re feeling use a scale from 0-100. Most people rate how depressed they are feeling on a scale from 0-100 with “0” being not depressed at all and “100” being as depressed as they’ve ever felt. Regarding posting in the discussion forums, you can choose to post a new topic as you have done here, or you can choose to reply to a fellow members previous post using the icon provided. Please don't hesitate to contact us again if you have any questions. We can be reached directly using the feedback link provided. What is meant by mood 1 and mood 2?How can I review a past session if I need to?Is this the way to post a new message by going to a subject and typing in the start a new Discussion box?I'm not too good on the computer.
