I have been using the program for over 3 months now. The part that I find the most useful is the on-line community of people who are dealing with the same issues. No one knows what it is like to have depression unless they themselves have been diagnosed with it. With the program being anonymous I don't feel embarrassed or feel like I am being judged. Remember that this program is on your own time and you don't have to write something every day. Think positive thoughts. Sharon

Hi all I am male, 48 years old and live in the UK. This is the third time I have been on medication for depression in the past 10 years and this time it has gone on for much longer than in the past - I started on Sertraline in June and can see no real benefit yet. I have to admit to being sceptical (sp?) about the programme but will give it a go as anything is worth a try.
