Hi, my name is Paul. I have exhausted the SSRI's and anti-psychotic option. I currently take a ton of Lithium, Welbutrin, Klonopin, and Ambien as needed. Now I'm also be started on Lamictal. It seems that while the meds DO have some affect, it is not nearly enough to make a substantial difference; to break the cycle (FOR ME ANYWAY). This leads me to believe that the cognitive/emotional component is just as important if not more to recovery.
