Hi there. I just started the program and I'm having real trouble rating my depression and anxiety. I'm not sure if what I'm feeling is a 20 or a 40, a 50 or a 70, etc. Sometimes it's even sort of hard to tell if I'm depressed at all at a specific moment (anxiety is easier for me to be sure of in this respect for some reason). Anyway, I was just wondering if anyone has any tips on how to be more precise about these sorts of things. I worry that the ratings I'm writing down are too willy nilly to do me any good or something.
