Scheduling Plan

19 years ago 0 189 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
I have created a scheduling plan for my trips outside. My Psychiatrist advised me to take 12.5mg Seroquel to go outside. With that in mind, I try and go outside everyday. When I go for a drive I try not to take the Seroquel, but when I go into a store or I'm outside the car, I take the Seroquel, and counteract the sleepiness with coffee. So far this seems to be working. I am finally seeing a very dim light at the end of a long tunnel. I still have a long way to go but this is a start. I don't like to take the medication to go outside but I know that the more positive things that happen the better I am. Sharon
