Sarah, You have come to the right place! Please feel free to roam the site at your own pace. If you look to the left of the screen under "TOOLS" you will find our Depression Test and Program. This test is not a diagnostic tool and is not a replacement or substitute for a physician's advice. The purpose of these tests is to prepare you with information that you can present to your physician. When you're finished the test, you can either print your Final Report or email it directly to your doctor. The program goes through many steps that will be helpful to you in your journey. We have also have CBT buddies that you can download and speak with other members on a one to one basis. If you have any question or concerns with our site or please contact Support Department at support@depressioncenter.net. We are open to any questions or concerns you may have. Looking forward to hearing from you soon! Josie ___________________________________ The Depression Center Support Team

It's my first time posting at this forum as I discovered this site just last night . I find it very interesting and well done. I'm a 55+yr old wive and mother of 2. I've been married 34 yrs to the same very patient man I've retired from nursing a few yrs ago and have been working as an artist since then. Four years ago I was diagnosed with severe depression and OCD. I'm still taking meds and seeing a psychiatrist and a therapist. I wonder if I will ever get my energy back... I'm looking forward to share my experience with you all and hope finding a little support. English is not my primary language so please forget my grammar and orthography as it can get a bit ackward at times. SarahL
