Hi again Cra-Z, I just read your other post where you said you had a Dr's appnt coming up ( Duh !! -totally missed it the first time!) So how did it go? Were you put on any meds? Do you feel any better? Did you have a rapport with the doctor? I hope it gave you some hope at least, Kate14

Hi Cra-Z, "I feel that there's noone out there to help" You're not alone; trust me. You don't mention if you're taking any medication. A lot of people are helped by the right meds. Some times it's a matter of trial & error until you find the one that's right for you. Other people I've spoken with get lucky & are helped right away. Also, speaking with the right person(people) can help a lot. If you're not seeing a Dr. currently, make an appnt. ASAP.If you are seeing one & it's not helping, switch doctors. You HAVE to talk. Use this board until you find someone else, if there's no-one else available. Just let your feelings out....... Take good care of yourself - you deserve it, Kate14

Thanks Raven. I've been trying to get some help. I will be seing a psychologist this week. I haven't tried any medications because I'm afraid of the side affects. But I can't stop myself from feeling sad all the time. And I understand how you feel about going to work. It takes a lot to just get up and then stay there the whole entire day.

Hi, Cra-Z, I just joined the group, and believe me, I know what you are feeling. I've been on paxil for seven years now, seems to have stopped working, so I'm trying to wean off to go on effexor. This week has been one of the worst of my life - last night, I came home from work, upset as usual, flipped out and took 4 of my trazodones, and went to bed. Woke up this morning dizzy and with a terrible headache. I feel so alone and miserable, just hate everything in my life, but most of all my job - just having to go there 5 days a week is beginning to be hell on earth. I'm in my fifties, so it's not as easy to change jobs as it used to be. Well, just wanted to let you know you are not alone - hang in there, raven Edited on 2/25/2005 @ 12:07:47 PM by The Support Team

Hi, I'm new here. I feel the same way alot of people here are feeling. Mood swings, sad, angry, and alone. The people around me think I'm crazy. And I feel like there's noone out there to help.I'm scared that I have gone crazy and it's not going to change. I just want to dig a hole and hide.
