Dear Ilewella, Chronic means lasting a long-time or reoccuring. Take those test results to your Doctor, that way they will know exactly how you have been feeling. Keep posting your thoughts and concerns. Susanne

Hey all. I did the depression test yesterday (it said I have chronic depression...knew that...I've been depressed since childhood and it got way worse last year) and am wondering how to approach the subject with my doctor (I've got an appointment Monday). How did you guys do it? Did you go by yourselves or did someone go with you? About the chronic depression thing....what exactly does that mean...besides having it for a long time..or is it just that?. I'm assuming my doc will determine if I've got mild, medium, or worse (almost sounds like I'm talking about chicken wings or something lol).
