Hi Mo, Thank you for giving me permission to post the poem I wrote for you (I've swapped round tiny and little): Sweet Sheylah, child of love Growing in your Mummy’s womb, Tiny heart beating, little legs kicking “Can I have a bit more room?” Mum and Dad, making plans Coming soon your precious birth Looking for a place to live A happy home upon this Earth November day you slipped away Not meant to see the world outside Gone to live with God above Your spirit lives, your body died Oh little child conceived to Mo She loved you so, God loved you more No Celtic cross upon a tomb Your memory lives and is adored Cross of Durrow marks your life It lives for you upon Mum’s shoulder Carries always your sweet memory Together as you both get older Sean it was, your Daddy’s name He loved you too, but never saw you Rejoice the day so far from now Together again, o’er skies so blue

Dear mfran, You sound amazing! What a sad message you wrote, I feel like just hugging you, I'd like to have a magic wand to take all your sadness away, honest. Just know that I am thinking of you, and if you need a friend to talk to I will always be here. I suffer with Major Depression also, I feel alone at times too, but if we keep talking, know that your pain may ease, pleese stay strong. regards Angelique :-(

We have become good email buddies, every cloud ...

Hi Gerard, I just read through your postings. I don't know what to say. The only thing I can relate to that is the betrayal of a good friend of 8 years. But I'm sure that's nothing compared to what you're going thru. Obviously I can't offer advice because i can't even "hear" anyone else giving me advice at this point. It's a horrible thing to go thru. If you want an email buddy, I have a hotmail address mfran2223@hotmail.com feel free to email, i usually check every day. we can keep track of each other's progress if you like. i feel so alone, and this message board is great but sometimes having email friends is a boost when you see "1 new message" rather than "no new messages". take care. mfran

Hi Mfran, Hope the new therapy is going well. Already you sound so much better, so much more positive. I suppose knowing pain makes you appreciate joy so much more. Let's hope we all find what we seek. My story is under Relationships - After 27 years. I find this site very helpful with its personalised responses. All the best, Gerard

Hi Everyone, I found a nice little web site this morning, here's a quote that we should be reading, in my humble opinion, they start with a quote from someone then give a bit of clarification: Today's Dose of Self Improvement The trick is not how much pain you feel - but how much joy you feel. Any idiot can feel pain. Life is full of excuses to feel pain, excuses not to live, excuses, excuses, excuses..... Erica Jong But you must allow SOME pain or you will cut off the joy. Those who deny or avoid their uncomfortable feelings are busy cutting off their joy too. The key is to move through the discomfort by feeling it and then leaving it behind. the web site is: http://www.helpself.com/f1pg.htm

Hi Gerard, thank you so much for that prayer, although i am not a religious person, i appreciate it, maybe somebody out there is praying for me. I got through Sunday, just by doing some hand word - wood work, painting, drawing.... but i had to force myself into it. i think that's progress. and my mood has lifted so much since i got my very first response here. i was so afraid that it would be like my real life where i "feel" i have nobody. my new therapy appointment is this morning. hope it goes well. wish me luck and thanks again. mfran
