Hi Davit,
Great to hear from you. I spent my 14th trying to dethaw pipes. From 1030 am to 4, I was at this, until I on the internet looking for a plumber, and water sprang from the faucet. I'll have to review what the plumber did. All I know is he tapped the 2nd floor, which has been empty with plumbing...but the darn pipes remain in the wall, which is vulnerable! It hasn't happened in years. I think there could be more heat in the basement, contrary to what I thought in the past, since it's circulating anyway. I'll have to have somebody come over and review things so this doesn't happen again. The uncertainty makes it difficult.
