Hi there nice to meet you. I have a similar dread, thinking something is wrong with me. Mine comes from things that have been wrong with me in the past and I feel like "when is the next shoe going to drop." So I am always in a constant state of anxiety along with PTSD from medical unprofessionalism. That being said I have found a lot of hope in meditation, music, relaxation, therapy, and as of this morning researching accupressure. A lot videos can be found on youtube to get started with really basic pressure points. (This is coming from me a large, shaved head, bearded, biker looking, conservative, hard headed man LOL. I never considered myself a hippie either, but I have come to find out they have some really good ideas LOL.) Panic and anxiety have opened me up to a lot of new ideas. Everything is worth trying, taking what works for us individually, and letting the rest go.
