Panic attacks are not associated with schizophrenia. Panic attacks can lead to general anxiety, agoraphobia and depression. Of course, it could be general anxiety, your fears, and depression that has led to panic attacks. If you suffer from panic attacks it is a possibility that someone related to you also suffers or suffered from panic attacks and or anxieties. I always tell people: You do not know when you are going crazy, it just happens. So if you think you might go crazy then it is most likely your panic or anxieties.
Absolutely not. One is a disorder, the other is an inherited predisposition. Chances are very slim of you getting it if it isn't in your family and even less if only one parent has it. Panic on the other hand is something you install from life's experiences. Two totally different things.
